We All Need Encouragement to Keep Growing.

Mastermind Groups are a powerful peer learning and growth experience. We bring together like-minded people who are dedicated and motivated to making effective and lasting changes to their lives.

This shared motivation releases a unique opportunity to grow in community, strengthening and encouraging one another in our personal growth journeys.

Our Mastermind Groups meet online once a week for an hour as we study and put into practice the John Maxwell Team resources we’ve curated to help you lay a solid foundation for growth.

The meetings are confidential and facilitated with a specially-designed curriculum. Group members commit to respect each participant’s privacy and time.

Our commitment to you as a participant is to deliver the best learning content to you in our allotted time with the highest standards of professionalism.

Your commitment to the Group is to attend each meeting on time, prepared, and with an attitude to encourage your fellow Group members.

Group 2: Put Your Dream to the Test

What is your dream? Will you achieve it in your lifetime?

Some people willingly share their dream with others with great enthusiasm and detail.

Others are reluctant to talk about it, embarrassed to say it out loud. They have never tested their dream. They’re not sure if they’re aiming too high or too low, They don’t know if it’s something they can really achieve or if they’re destined to fail.

They don’t know how to get from here to there.

In Put Your Dream to the Test, John Maxwell takes you through ten questions that will help you lay aside discouragement, break the shackles of past hurts and disappointments, believe you can rise above “average,” raise your confidence, and awaken your God-given imagination:

  1. Ownership: Is my dream really my dream?
  2. Clarity: Do I see my dream clearly?
  3. Reality: Am I depending on factors within my control?
  4. Passion: Does my dream compel me to follow it?
  5. Pathway: Do I have a strategy?
  6. People: Have I includes the people I need?
  7. Cost: Am I willing to pay the price to achieve it?
  8. Tenacity: Am I moving closer?
  9. Fulfillment: Does working toward my dream bring satisfaction?
  10. Significance: Does achieving my dream benefit others?

In this Mastermind Group, we will explore each question and determine how many of these questions we can honestly answer “yes” to–knowing that the more yeses you can answer, the more on target you are to fulfilling your dream.

Your dream is inextricably linked to your purpose. If God has given you the desire, He’s also given you the potential to fulfill it. Invest the time upfront to prepare for the growth process!

Thursdays, 7-8 pm, October 7-28

Becoming a Person on Influence book

Group 3: Becoming a Person of Influence

Everyone has influence. It doesn’t matter who you are, where you live, what you do. If your life connects in any way with other people, you are an influencer. The only questions are, how and how many are you influencing?

If you want to live a fruitful life and make a positive impact in your world, you need to intentionally become a person of influence. Without influence, there is no fruitfulness.

No matter your calling, no matter your goals, you can be more effective and your contribution will be longer-lasting if you learn how to become a person of influence.

In this Mastermind Group, you will learn and apply the four levels of influence—model, motivate, mentor, and multiply—and twelve principles through which you will grow through the levels.

Thursdays, 7-8 pm, November 11 -December 9

Sometimes you Win sometimes you learn book

Group 4: Sometimes You Win, Sometimes You Learn

Here’s an important question: What would you attempt to do in life if you knew you wouldn’t fail?

Here’s another: what do you learn when you do fail?

In Sometimes You Win, Sometimes You Learn, John Maxwell addresses the most unproductive thought pattern in people’s lives: “I hope to win, I expect to lose, and I’ll live with the results either way.”

That’s not how winners think. Have you ever caught yourself thinking that way?

Successful people understand that life’s greatest lessons are gained from our losses, from the adversities that set us back—if we evaluate them the right way.

Losses cause us to be emotionally stuck. Mentally defeated. They create a gap between “I should” and “I did.” In this Mastermind Group, we will learn and apply twelve principles for turning losses into lessons that fuel growth in our character.

When troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.  James 1:2-4
