Schedule an Appointment

Appointment requests may be submitted until 2:00 pm Pacific Time on the day you want to receive ministry, subject to availability.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request you do so within 12 hours of your scheduled time. We cannot guarantee same-day reschedules.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my session last?

All ministry sessions will last a maximum of 20 minutes. Our Host Team member will enter your session and bring it to a close if it goes longer.

How do I prepare for my online appointment?

Find a distraction-free location in which to receive. We recommend a desktop or laptop computer. For a mobile device, place it on a stable surface in landscape orientation.

What if I want ministry by phone?

You must still connect with your team via Zoom. We suggest you connect via the Zoom app on your phone and keep your video turned off.

What if I have tech problems?

For online ministry, we ask that you log in to Zoom ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If we’re unable to resolve connection issues you’ll need to reschedule.

Can I make more than one appointment?

You may schedule one appointment per prayer night and up to two appointments per month. It’s best if you work through what God gives you before scheduling another session.

What if I’m late for my appointment?

We allow a five-minute grace period for you to show up for your appointment. After five minutes, you will not be allowed to enter your session and you’ll need to reschedule.
